Terms and Conditions

This is an agreement between You and FlyingSkySeeds LLC, d/b/a Virtual Bell (“ddqrc,” “FSSLLC,” “Us,” or “We”). The services that Virtual Bell provides to You are subject to the following Terms and Conditions (“T&C”). You must agree to comply with all the terms and conditions of this T&C to use Virtual Bell (ddqrc.com) (“the Service”). Visiting, or opening an account on the Service indicates acceptance of the T&C. FSSLLC reserves the right to update the T&C at any time without notice to you.

To open an account on Virtual Bell and use the Service you must:

• Be of legal age to enter into a contract.
• Provide a valid email address that you are authorized to use and a secure password.
• Comply with all applicable laws and not start or participate in any illegal or harmful activities using the Service.
• Notify us immediately if there is a security breach, illegal activity on the Service, or a TOS violation.
• Not access the Service using an automated process to capture data or content from the Service for any reason and damage, disable, slow-down, overload, or otherwise attack the Service.
• Not use the Service to send email or text to clients, employees, or any third party without their consent.
• Abide by all traffic laws in effect where You operate at all times.

We hate SPAM and have made every effort to place You in complete control of every message we send You. Every email we send has one or more prominently marked one-click Unsubscribe links for You to use. If You ever feel a Virtual Bell message is SPAM, we ask that You: (1) take advantage of your Virtual Bell account’s Notification Settings, (2) click the Unsubscribe link in Virtual Bell emails, (3) tell us about the offending email, or (4) Disable your account.

You are responsible for maintaining control and the security of the email address and password you use to sign up for the Service. Failure to maintain security and control of your email account may result in loss of access to your Virtual Bell account and loss of all personal communications, information, and data stored on the Service. We are not responsible for such losses.

You may view and print portions of web pages displayed by the Service for personal non-commercial purposes, but you may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products or services obtained using the Service. In the case of downloadable binary data such as software and graphic images, you may download such material for use as instructed, but you may not edit or attempt to decompile or reverse engineer in any way.

Limited permission to use white papers, press releases, datasheets, and FAQs (“Documents”) is granted, provided that (1) The Service copyright notice appears in all copies, and (2) such use is for informational and non-commercial or personal use only and will not be copied or posted on any network computer, and (3) no modifications are made. Paid subscribers and accredited educational organizations may download and reproduce the Documents for distribution in the classroom. Distribution outside the classroom requires the express written permission of FSSLLC.

You are responsible for telephone and Internet access fees, text message fees, and any wireless carrier charges needed to access the Service.

By providing a cell phone number at registration or in your doorbell notification settings, you consent to receive SMS text message ring notifications from Virtual Bell (ddqrc.com). SMS messages from Virtual Bell are sent exclusively to notify you when a visitor rings one of your active Virtual Bells. We do not send marketing or promotional SMS messages.

SMS notifications are only sent when you have an active paid subscription for the applicable doorbell, a visitor rings that doorbell, and SMS notifications are enabled in your dashboard.

Message frequency varies based on visitor activity at your registered doorbell locations. Msg & data rates may apply. You are responsible for any such charges from your wireless carrier.

To opt out of SMS notifications:

• Reply STOP to any message from us (takes effect immediately).
• Disable SMS notifications in your Virtual Bell dashboard.

To re-subscribe, reply START or re-enable in your dashboard. For help, reply HELP or email support@ddqrc.com.

Your cell phone number is stored securely and is never sold or shared with third parties for any purpose. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for any purpose, including marketing or promotional purposes. This includes, without limitation, text messaging opt-in data and consent records.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

If you purchase one of Virtual Bell’s paid services or subscriptions, you agree to provide Us with accurate and valid billing and credit card information and pay all charges and fees when due. All charges after the initial 30 days are non-refundable. You must notify us of any discrepancies or billing issues within (90) days after they appear on your statement. If you don’t tell us within 90 days, you waive your right to dispute any discrepancies or billing issues.

Paid subscriptions have no advertising.

The Service may place advertising within applications, web pages, mobile devices, and postal mailings to support the operation of trial or free subscriptions, if any are made available.

While every effort has been made to find and correct errors in web pages related to or generated by the Service, FSSLLC assumes no responsibility for errors or omissions in this website, apps or any documents linked or referenced.

The Service may contain factual and typographical errors. FSSLLC reserves the right to make corrections, additions, and deletions to the material presented at any time without notice. The Service may also make improvements and or changes at any time without obligation to give notice of such changes.

References to sources outside of the Service are hereby provided “AS IS” without warranty of any kind and for information or entertainment purposes only.

All information and feedback sent to us regarding the Service shall be deemed NOT CONFIDENTIAL and FSSLLC will be free to use and distribute this feedback to others without limitation. By using the Service, you agree that FSSLLC will be free to use any ideas, concepts, and techniques disclosed in your communications with us for any purpose, including incorporating such ideas, concepts, and techniques in its products.

Use, duplication or disclosure by the Government is subject to restrictions as set forth in subparagraph (c)(1)(ii) of the Rights in Technical Data and Computer Software clause at DFARS 252.227-7013 or subparagraphs (c)(1) and (2) of the Commercial Computer Software - Restricted Rights at 48 CFR 52.227-19, as applicable.

FSSLLC respects the intellectual property of others, and we ask users of our Service to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable law, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, subscribers or account holders who are deemed to be repeat infringers. At our sole discretion, we may also remove Content alleged to be infringing without prior notice, limit access to our Service, and terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.

If you believe that your Content has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide us with the following information: (a) a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner; (b) sample of the copyrighted work; (c) information reasonably sufficient to allow us to locate the material; (d) your address, telephone number, and an email address; (e) a statement saying that you believe in good faith that the material as currently used is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and (f) a statement that the information in the statement is accurate, and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

You agree to be bound by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any claims arising in connection with the Service will be brought solely in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you agree to the jurisdiction of and venue of Miami-Dade courts and waive any objections of inconvenience.
